CALIFORNIA PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: January 27, 2025

This California Privacy Policy supplements our general Privacy Policy and provides additional information as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”). This policy applies solely to California residents.

1. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information about California residents:  

  • Identifiers: Names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, passport numbers, or other similar identifiers. 
  • Personal Information Categories Listed in the California Customer Records Statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)): Name, signature, Social Security number, physical address, telephone number, email address, account number, credit/debit card number, expiration date, CVV code, debit card PIN, medical information, health insurance information, education information, employment information, employment history, bank account number, mother’s maiden name, and password.  
  • Protected Classifications: Characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law.
  • Commercial Information: Records of personal property or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies. 
  • Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information: Browsing history, search history, information on a consumer’s interaction with an internet website, application, or advertisement. 
  • Geolocation Data: Physical location or movement, including through GPS, Wi-Fi, or other technologies.
  • Sensory Data: Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information.
  • Professional or Employment-Related Information: Current or past job history or performance, education, credentials, licenses, memberships, and affiliations.
  • Inferences Drawn from Other Personal Information: To create a profile reflecting a consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.

We collect personal information from the following sources:

  • Directly from You: When you interact with us directly, such as when you visit our website, make a purchase, contact customer support, or participate in surveys or contests.
  • From Third Parties: We may receive your personal information from third parties, such as:

  • Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Your Personal Information: You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: You have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights.
